ROQUE "ROCKY"
President and CEO
He has over 20 years worth of experience in working with Senior Leaders contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, negotiating and people management. His experience includes serving in the United States Army as a Commissioned Officer and employment for Nike holding Management and Director positions in Distribution Centers and Corporate Offices.
Roque Moguel holds a Bachelors of Art in Business Administration from the California State University, Fullerton.
Outside of work, Roque is a PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba diver, a world adventurer, and a self-proclaimed foodie.
JACOB
Vice President of Operations
Dedicated Area Manager with 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. Consistently achieve record-high customer satisfaction rankings, improvements to the bottom line and turnaround of underperforming operations and successful hotel openings for Hyatt, Hilton and other branded hotels.

Jacob is a 4th generation Catalina Islander, born and raised on an island off the coast of California. Jacob has a passion for home renovations, car restoration and traveling around the world.

Senior Sales Consultant & Engineer
Brings over 40 years of experience in supply chain, building countless distribution centers around the world. Having held positions as VP of Sales and Engineering at W.T Billard his experience led him to be a part of design and sales of lift equipment, conveyors and racking systems. His long term relationships have helped many businesses grow and evolve.
Al holds 3 degrees in Mechanical, Civil and Aerospace Engineering.
When not building distribution centers and working, you can find Al fishing in Coeur D’Alene or spending time with his children and grandchildren.
